Easy to use with one side being smooth for comfortable handling and the other side rough for easily removing sticky items from screen. Once food is dried simply curl/ bend screen to remove food. When finished with screens just pop into dishwasher for an easy clean!

Perfect to use (if you're making messy foods) on the bottom tray of your dehydrator (without food on it) to catch the drips and make clean-up easier.
